Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phppone," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to phppone and its associated services, operated and accessible at phppone.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phppone platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon registration, through which the Player accesses all phppone services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their phppone wallet for gameplay purposes, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited by phppone under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered in qualifying games before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose framework phppone operates.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, has self-excluded from phppone, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under applicable Philippine law.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active phppone account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino-style gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR's framework. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts.
• You are accessing phppone from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on phppone or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phppone employee involved in platform operations, game management, or promotional administration.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phppone reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any registration information at any time.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phppone account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phppone will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any action taken through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is subject to these Terms.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phppone support immediately. phppone will place a temporary security hold on the account pending verification. phppone is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

phppone recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. 2FA requires a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number in addition to your password at each login. This is available and configurable from your account security settings.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phppone is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification is mandatory and cannot be waived. Accounts that decline to complete KYC will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

phppone may additionally require proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within three months) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Documents must be clear, unedited, and legible. Altered or falsified documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC review typically completes within one to three business days. Players are notified by email and phppone account notification upon completion. phppone may carry out enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts or accounts flagged by the automated risk management system.

Deposits & Withdrawals

phppone supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions must be made using accounts and cards registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party funding — where the payment account holder is a different person from the phppone account holder — is strictly prohibited.

Processing times shown above are indicative under normal conditions for KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals on unverified accounts will not be processed until KYC is completed. phppone reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request without prior notice, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawals are returned to the originating payment method wherever technically possible. If the original method is no longer available, phppone will work with the Player to identify an alternative method that can be verified as belonging to the same individual. phppone does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

phppone offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all phppone bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any resulting winnings are transferred to your Real Money Balance and become withdrawable.
• If a wagering requirement specifies that the deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered, both the deposit and the bonus are included in the required wagering total.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
• phppone reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if phppone has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to pattern betting designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other Players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on phppone — including live casino titles, RNG table games, slot machines, bingo, and Teen Patti — are operated either directly by phppone or by certified third-party game studios under licence. All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology that has been tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory.

Live dealer games operate according to the rules of the specific game variant as explained in the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a live dealer's verbal announcement and the result recorded in the game system, the system result shall prevail, subject to review in exceptional circumstances.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, phppone will investigate using server logs. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance. phppone is not liable for winnings that would have been generated but for a technical malfunction on your device, your internet connection, or the phppone platform.

Decisions made by phppone regarding game outcomes, malfunction voids, and dispute resolutions are final, subject to the formal dispute process set out in Section 13.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phppone. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one phppone account, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with phppone's systems in a way not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or loophole in any game or phppone system to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the error is promptly reported.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live casino poker tables, in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over phppone or other Players.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, in breach of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Charging back any deposit made to phppone through your payment provider after using those funds for gameplay.
• Accessing phppone from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phppone account by any third party.

Responsible Gaming

phppone is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Philippine player base. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage and control their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and enforced across all phppone services. Players who have activated self-exclusion cannot access games, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phppone platform — including but not limited to the phppone name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and audio — is the property of phppone or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phppone solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any phppone content without prior written consent from phppone.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phppone platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings arising from technical failures beyond phppone's reasonable control.

phppone does not warrant that the Platform will operate continuously, without interruption, or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. phppone will endeavour to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

phppone's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

phppone reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and via a platform notification, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory order.

Your continued use of the phppone platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using phppone and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Real Money Balance before the amendment's effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phppone.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR gaming regulations and the Civil Code of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of phppone, you must first contact phppone support to attempt informal resolution. phppone commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to working in good faith to reach an equitable resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial written complaint, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for regulated gaming platforms. Failing resolution through that process, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
